P.F. Contracts and Agreements
Below are links to the various contracts and agreements that are used as P.F.
Please READ and print off/sign the P.F. Equine Activity Liability Release and Hold Harmless Agreement before coming to the farm. We have copies available at the farm if you forget. No person will be permited to handle or ride ANY of the horses at P.F. unless we have a signed liability release. This is to protect both the farm and the people who interact with the horses.
The sales agreement is a standared agreement the farm uses to both buy and sell. If you have and questions or adjustments to the contract please let us know, again nothing is set in stone.
The consignment agreement is standared and will be required before P.F. will represent you/your equine/stuff. Please read and fill out.
